Leoni Cachia
Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Lifestyle Coach and Reiki Practitioner
Leoni Cachia has been a co-presenter for Community Trauma Conference UK since 2020. She is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working with the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at UCLH. Leoni is an Okuden (level 2) trained Reiki practitioner and the founder of Leoni Cachia Holistic Care, providing independent CBT, lifestyle coaching and Reiki.
Prior to this Leoni was the wellbeing lead of 80+ clinicians at NHS Enfield Talking Therapies, whilst working as a psychological wellbeing practitioner and supervising mental health practitioners in training. Leoni encompasses a 10-year career in healthcare and education, working along the lifespan.
